Devyn Cousineau

Devyn Cousineau was appointed as a full-time member of the Tribunal on November 1, 2017. She obtained a law degree at the University of Victoria (2006) and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill University (2003).

Prior to her appointment as a member, Ms. Cousineau served as legal counsel for the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. After graduating from law school, she clerked at the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Ms. Cousineau practised at a legal non-profit organization, practising anti-poverty and human rights law on behalf of low-income clients and in a labour law firm before joining the Tribunal.
